Not a bad product
Phone is horrible.
This phone looks and feels nice but battery is the worse. Lo g charge times and depletes quickly . Often google pops up randomly. Not pleased especially with battery and charge times.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PRE PAID SERVICE DO NOT GO TO CRICK I'VE HAD THEM FOR OVER A YEAR AN I LEFT I BOUGHT OVER 10 PHONES AN EVERYONE OF THEM AFTER A MONTH WAS ¢RAP,TRUST ME YOU DONT WANT THEM FOR YOUR CARRIER ESPECIALLY IF THE CELL IS FOR UR TEENAGER CAUSE THEY WILL BE ASKING FOR ANOTHER PHONE ABOUT MONTH AFTER THEY HAD THE FIRST ONE BECAUSE THE PHONES ARE NOT MADE WELL AT ALL YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH A CAN AN STRING.
