Not as impressive as I had hoped. Immediately began having issues with it blacking out the screen while I'm using it. Should be used to it by now, it is a Dell after all and my dells have never lasted very long.

Was in the market for a laptop capable of handling video production (small scale). This computer is perfect for that use. It just also happens to run extremely fast compared to my old one. Didn't hurt at all that it's a Dell. Chose the white one because I can't justify paying an additional $100 just for a black case.

Got this for my sister for Christmas. She says, "Fans are a little loud but not overwhelming, sound is better than expected off the speakers but still not great, frame rate only goes to higher quality when charging. And idk if it's my earbuds or the laptop, but there's static noise that goes on and off periodically (almost like a ticking but with static, in the audio). But I love it." She hasn't noticed any issues with the HDD. The free software that came with the laptop wasn't great; she said there was only one good game that was in the bundle.

This is one of the best laptops I've personally had, though I haven't had many. It's quick and efficient and easy to setup and get started. I've downloaded one game so far but have not had a chance to try it out yet to see how it handles that. I have not received the gaming bundle yet and that needs resolved as it is one of the reasons I felt made this a good purchase.

This computer has amazing hardware for the price (700 on sale). All other laptops with i7-8750h and 1050TI are way more expensive. The white version is also very beautiful. However, the computer had two problems: 1) It froze; 2) It has small lags, that creates a terrible buzz sound for a second. The freezing problem was easily solved by updating the bios. But I couldnt solve the buzz sound. I spent several hours during 3 weeks with dell trying to fix it. They paid me a lot of attention, and even sent a technician to my house, but nothing worked. Some of the technical solutions were poor. For example: My problem happened both on speakers and headphones. To fix that, they sent new speakers, which doesn't make any sense, since the problem also happens on the headphones. After 3 weeks of tests, I asked for a replacement. Because of the battery, it can't be sent by mail, so I sent it to a store. The problem is that the store only brings the computer back to their distribution center once a week. And just after they receive the laptop and inspect it, they will send a new one within a week. A smarter solution would be to get a refund and buy a new one, however I bough it on sale for 700, and now it is 799, and they wont sell a new one for 700. So, to get my replacement I will have to wait for 2 weeks, which is frustrating. Now, let me make it clear, this computer is beautiful and with good hardware, but the customer experience was awful and walmart and dell didnt seem to care for me giving a 1 star review.
