Having people in my household that apparently don't know how to turn off lights when they leave a room, having a way to do turn on/off lights through an app or hub is a game changer. The best part is I can schedule when I want lights to operate.

They are programmable which is good if you come home late or go out of town. You can use the app to turn the lights on at a certain time or various times of the day or night. Works great! Plan on a few more.
