The height of the actual device was too tall and the ring had to be filed down, you also need an extra deep box. Once installed it worked as described and our teenage son is happy that he can turn his light off from the comfort of his bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really want to like this dimmer. It's got a solid high end feel to it. It was easy to install. However I hit a snag with the programming part because it only works over a 2.4GHz network and mine is setup as a 5G. Really my only gripe with it is that the LED around the light is so bright that it drives me crazy. I installed it in my room and now I want to uninstall it because it's so bright. There might be a way to dim or turn off the night light, but since I wasn't able to connect to it with my phone I don't know.

Easy to install and works perfectly with my phone, and my Alexa and we even used some scheduling features for when we are out of town. In minutes I had installed it and was setting it up. Now I ask Alexa to dim the lights and set the mood for a nice dinner with my wife. The next one goes into the bedroom. Best value added to my home since my wifi thermostat.
