My son chose this as his birthday gift. Opened it and set it up and it never worked doesn't even move. Eyes just flash red and makes noises. My 3 year old was so upset and went to bed crying. Do not waste your time and money. I expected way better especially for a toy so pricey. Very disappointed in this product.

We've purchased not one, but two of these. Our son loves it. Unfortunately it only gets about a month of use before the eyes flash red and it stops working entirely. This has happened with both (the reason we purchased an additional one). It's much too expensive of a toy to break so quickly.

Son received as gift, was initially so happy with this that I spent another $60 to buy expansion pieces and a month after I got the extra pieces it now won't move or recognize the extra parts. Super disappointing and a very unhappy little boy :(

Got one for christmas for my son, he loves it! We would play with it together often and try to make new paths for it. It was well worth the money. Unfortunately it stopped working after around 6 months. Got a new one and fresh out of the box it doesn't work properly. I've replaced the batteries 3 times and it still doesn't work properly and now I can't get a refund on the 3 expansion packs I also have because they were gifts and I don't have the receipt for them. The toy is brilliant, but they just don't seem to last.
