I love the look of this hood ,however, it is soooo loud! I have a call in for a service call to see if they can figure out why it is so loud. I sounds like something inside the unit it loose and rattling.

It works, but ugly, over-large (extends too far beyond cabinetry, so watch your head). Wish we'd ordered a different unit that took up less space. Since it doesnt vent to outdoors, with our builder, choices were limited.

Love this range hood. Is much cleaner than our previous unit. Only complaint is the manufacturing sequence of bending the sheet metal causes dimples at each end on the front. Other than that good quality.

Have the common issue after power interruption. I would go into more detail but it's not allowed here. Do your research. Look for physical switches if you need to match appliances.
