I like the fact you can set the time and the temp independent to one another. Some slow cookers only give you the option of using high for 4-6 hrs and low for 8-10 hrs. The temperature for low is right where you want it to be, definitely not too hot like some other brands. When the cooker is done and auto changes to the warm setting, it keeps the food warm right where it should be. So far I've only used this a half-dozen times both on high and low settings and it's working perfectly. I hope it last several years.

I like the soft touch keypad controls as opposed to the low-high-keep warm rotary knob controls but I've had both break on previously owned crock pots. This is a perfect size crock pot for a number of dishes I like to make like chili and soups. The 4 qt pot is too small and 7 qt is more difficult to store and that extra qt capacity is rarely needed.

Excellent 6 qt size. Only Brand I will purchase. What's not to like when it switches to Keep Warm. No fussing to watch Clock. I definitely Recommend HB 6qt Slow Cooker. I've purchased 8 HB Slow Cookers in past 5 yrs for Gifts and personal usage.

I used it for the first time today to cook a roast and it came out perfect. It was nice and tender. I am anxious to to try it for other meals. As a recently separated man, this is perfect for me to cook meals all day and come home to a nice warm meal. I would highly recommend this slow cooker to anyone.

I have used this slow cooker three times so far. I really like that it is programmable and that it shifts to a warm setting when the time is up. It's a good size for making red beans and rice and a 6-8 serving size of chicken soup. I also cooked a 3.5 lb Boston pork butt for pulled pork with plenty of room to spare. I wish the cover fit a bit more securely but it doesn't seem to affect the cooking time. Attractive looking cooker too, if you leave it on your counter. Price was right, got free shipping since I ordered $50 worth of merchandise total from Walmart. Overall, pretty satisfied.
