It was broken a bad projected would not buy.

wish there was a blades in the middle as well, for better mixing. but, when it did finally mix nice smooth texture..

This is one of those kitchen devices that end up on a shelf used, donated, or in a yard sale. Made of cheap plastic. It takes more effort to use versus a blender or hand mixer. The motor isn't strong enough to blend the ice cream and milk without moving the cup in different directions unless its made very thin.

The item arrived in retail packaging. The box was crushed, making it impossible to wrap it as a Christmas gift. On the package was an INVOICE from MACY'S, not WALMART. The price indicated was more than $10 less than I paid Walmart for the item. The item itself is plastic, though it looks like metal. The blender blade is plastic, not metal so it cannot blend a smoothie containing crushed ice. This is not mentioned in the online product details. The head does tilt but it wobbles, not well made. Finally, to release the blender "stick" one must pull hard to get it released from the motor head. Not well designed.
