I am very pleased with the benefit of using the Tens unit. I even more pleased with both customer service ladies I spoke with. Their knowledge, integrity and was superlative.

This allows you place a small TENS unit in specific location without the hassle of wire leads. I activate the unit in the area to relieve the pain. I select the intensity and forget about it. After period time the unit will cycle off to save the battery. Should the pain start-up again I activate the unit again. Simple! A product is only as good a the Customer Support. I received a unit that was non-functional, that happens. I call Customer Support, spoke with real person, imagine that. She helped me diagnose the situation and determined the unit was faulty. She immediately shipped me another unit that is working perfectly well. When considering your purchase, Customer Service after sale is essential.

Easy programming and use without the burden of wires hanging loose. I like the wide selection of settings and rechargeable batteries. Very soothing on aching muscles.

These little guys work wonderfully. I just keep 2 n my purse with 2 spare batteries, just in case, and they work like a charm when I’m starting to feel back pain. Quick, easy and gets the job done!

Good directions. I have only used it once but it seemed to make a difference in a very tense muscle I have had pain and difficulty with for a very long time.
