[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been baking bread, cakes, sticky buns, everything! It's just like having a friend in the kitchen with you. It mixes while you grab all the ingredients. Love this mixer! And the pistachio color is the bomb! Looks vintage. Looks friendly. Looks wonderful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for over 40 years. That mixer and I made hundreds of batches of cookies and loaves of bread! It was Harvest Gold - THE color of the 70s! Then our grown children decided I needed an updated model in a more modern color. I sold my old one at a garage sale, and it was still working fine. The bowl and utensils were still perfect after all those years! I love the new model, and the metallic grey color is great! I still love making goodies, but now it is usually for the grandchildren.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a KitchenAid stand mixer which is now considered "Classic". I used it and it never did wear out. A few years ago, my husband and I downsized and I knew I could not keep lifting my mixer and didn't think it would fit with the smaller spaces. I gave mine away to a woman who was so thrilled. I was so happy to do so but since I have missed it. I recently purchased another and just decided to leave it on my counter even though the space is limited. This mixer is wonderful. It so gradually goes from one speed to the next with such ease. I have R/A and it is so much easier on my hands because I do not have to continually scrape the sides of the bowl while it is mixing. It does everything for me. It is beautiful besides. I did purchase a smaller metal bowl for smaller recipes such as frosting but other than that, I have not bought any accessories. What could be done with this little powerhouse is amazing and limitless. I am so happy I now have a KitchenAid stand mixer again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Architect series stand mixer, on line. So easy, and it was delivered right to my door within a few days. The mixer is a beautiful, heavy, solid machine looks absolutely great. If I had realized what a difference a stand mixer makes, compared to the hand ones, I'd have purchased one years ago. It's absolutely great! If I could offer one word of advice to young people starting out: save your money and buy a good one to start with. I've owned (and worn out) a half-dozen hand-held models. This one does a better job, and will last forever.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last large stand mixer had only one speed and was made in the UK. So I went back to KitchenAid-I had one from 1973 and it was still working when I got a newer mixer as I could no longer tolerate that once popular Harvest Gold! So after a bad experience with another brand, came back to KitchenAid and it is great for baking, mixing and everything else! Love the style and the color.
