Nice, soft, fluffy pancakes, good ingredients, I'll buy this again. A bit steep but you pay for quality
For gluten free pancakes these were very good. I'm honestly surprised.
I love the flavor of this gluten free pancake a waffle mix.It also has good texture and rise. I add pecans to give a little crutch and it’s delicious.
The pancakes were good for gluten free, but maybe a bit rubbery compared to some other GF mixes I have used. Also just a bit lacking in flavor. I will use up the rest of the mix, but probably won't buy it again.
