Ingredient's label on bag states this includes ground flax seed-the flax seed included is whole not ground which is not as beneficial and harder to digest as ground flax seed. Not pleased with purchase. Will not purchase again.

Whole wheat Montana pancake mix was a favorite for me and it was delicious! Unfortunately, it no longer is. This pancake mix has been modified and tastes terrible even when adding real maple syrup. Used to be packed with WHOLE GRAIN wholesomeness

great flour mix. no chaff. makes excellent pan cakes and breads. happy to patronize small farm grower. will buy again.

This whole wheat pancake mix is delicious, and I appreciate that it's so affordable. I've been telling my friends how good it is. It also makes great waffles.
