We had the first icemaker for approximately 11 years before having any problems with it. We are waiting for a replacement water pump. In the meantime we purchased a second icemaker and are enjoying that in our RV. Definitely a quality product.
This ice maker rocks. It's very easy to set up and operate. It makes a set of cubes in less than 8 mins! I was skeptical that it could make 50# of ice in a day but it absolutely does. I wanted the option to have ice cubes made with my Berkey filtered water and I've found it!
It's an amazing little machine! Pumps out ice as stated. Our fridge went out and the struggle has been real being home all day without an ice maker. This machine saved me! The fridge never kept up with my demand anyway and this little machine is plenty good.
Loved this ice maker until one day when it just quit pushing cubes down and stopped working....husband tried to fix it and broke off a litlle plastic piece...AHHHH!! Now it;s hopeless. Pretty cheaply made
I purchased this unit for making frozen drinks and frappes, and it has also been great for large batches of ice to fill the sports jugs for our kids! We will be using it to fill our outdoor beverage cooler this summer. Love the feature to have the different sizes of ice!
