The Shark hair dryer not onlu dries my hair so much faster than my previous hair dryer, but my hair also looks better and not as frizzy. I am using all the same hair are products and tools as before. The major problem is after about 2 weeks, it started to overheat. Now, it over heats daily before my hair is even halfway dry using the automatic settings for with Shark tool being used. Sometimes I have to wait until 2 days after it overheats before I will work again.

I have thin fine hair. Even at low heat and air settings this dryer frizzes my hair within a minute. My hair looks damaged with no style. It buzzes loud when on the low setting - very annoying. The brush attachment is really awkward to use. Save your money and don't buy this dryer. I like other Shark products but for me this one was a terrible purchase.

I found this dryer way too hot for me and returned it. I don't feel like I should have to constantly be hitting the cool shot button to get through drying my hair with a diffuser on “low” temp! I measured the temp on this hair dryer and compared it to my old conair hair dryer and the Shark was as hot on “low” temp as my old hair dryer was on high! It's no mystery as to how it dries so fast because you are basically drying your hair on high heat even at the lowest setting! I do like the design of the diffuser but that's it. I also didn't like that the on/off button is on the back because it is not convenient for pixie diffusing for curly hair (neither is the burning sensation from the excessive heat!)

I had high hopes for this product, however I am returning it. The dryer is extremely loud, which I can deal with if it worked great, but the big issue is my hair looks limp, no bounce no fullness like I have when using my normal dryer. I bought the curling attachment and all that does is tangle my hair in knots, or does nothing. So disappointed.
