Handheld vacuums have always been a challenge - they just don't pick anything up.....until this one. I use this almost daily in drawers, windowsills, between cushions. It is especially handy in my craft room. A great vacuum for small or tight areas.

I love this vacuum! I got in on the $88 sale when I was just about to buy it at Best Buy for $119. Still ended up spending close to the same since I’m paranoid and added a protection plan. So far so good! It has a charging station which is compact and doesn’t get in the way. The suction is powerful and cleaned my couch spotless. I can’t wait to use it in my car. It’s not obnoxiously loud either. I used it while my husband was on the phone for work and he said he barely heard it. I love this thing!

I bought this right after Christmas last year after looking at several options. It had good reviews and wasnt bad to look at which was important to me as it would be sitting out, so I felt justified paying almost double for it than similar products in the store. Ive conveniently used it lightly 2-3 times a week for the last 10 months and even bought a few as gifts, but never again. Last week, it quit. Wont charge, wont come on. A call to Shark says I need a new battery that they will send free of charge (as a favor bc the warranty doesnt cover the battery) if I pay $20 for shipping. Ridiculous, the whole unit wouldnt cost $20 to ship let alone a battery. Shark, if you cant make a rechargeable battery that lasts for a year, you shouldnt sell the product. I immediately emptied my Amazon cart of the Shark Navigator Pro i was about to purchase. Thats the last Shark product I will buy from a company who doesnt stand behind their product.

Own a Shark ION Vacuum Cleaner, and have been 5-Star happy with the product, so looked into a hand vac for specific use in a sterile setting. Three reasons for not 5-star on this: 1. the emptying cup's button is next to the power button. Too easy to accidentally press the wrong button if not looking. 2. only one speed. Sometimes higher speed is needed for stubborn cleanup spots. And 3. Would be nice to have independent batteries to change out, rather than having to replace the entire unit once the permanent batteries life is gone.

I have a house out in the country with bug problems and my new Shark WANDVAC is perfect for dealing with it. I can quickly pick them up with its powerful suction and I love that it is small making me able to get into tight areas. I have sensitive wrists/hands and so it being light weight and ergonomical is an important feature to me.
