I like the original white and red unit best. I must pray now for its disfiguration and lacking qualities. So sad to see a good product gone bad,

Machine working fine, not overly or heavily used, filters and dirt cup cleaned as suggested. After one year the vacuum literally began to power itself down after a 3-4 minutes of running. It will run like this, sometimes shutting itself off. When turn back on it either will not start or goes only into low power mode. No other factors going on after closely looking iinto the possibilities. Now the hassle of trying to contact Shark and have to switch out hopefully. This is not why I purchased it. Disappointing.

I am a short person with small hands with arthritius, therefore the handle is too big for my hands. I like everything else about the machine.

I have only had this for a month and am about ready to put it in the storage closet. It is so lightweight, doesn't pick up dog hair off the surface of my carpet, so I know it's not getting down deep into the carpet. Very disappointed

I got this vacuum cleaner a couple of weeks ago. Love the easy turning and lighter weight than my Dyson. We have a dog and I can't believe how much of the dogs hair it picks up. I only wish it had come with a brush attachment
