Shark Ultimate Professional Steam Iron with Cord, Silver Chrome, GI505WM

I love the iron. What I don't particularly like is, having to unplug the iron every time I have to refill it, (with water). This is my Second Shark Iron.

Really like the iron! Love the powerful it has for ironing clothes and the different settings. The iron is used everyday and I wish it would last longer than 3-4 years. It might last longer if the iron was not used daily. You can tell when you need a new iron when it starts leaking water spots on your clothes. Overall, I am satisfied with the iron!

1800 Watts of power makes for an iron that puts out lots of heat and steam. The water reservoir holds a generous amount of liquid. The manufacturer recommends using distilled water if the tap water is very hard. This was a plus for me as our well water is very hard. Drawbacks of this iron are that it is heavy and that the steam control knob is at a very awkward place underneath the handle. I've only had this iron for a week, but so far it seems like a good buy.

Had a shark iron before this one one of my children dropped it hasn't worked well sense! Really loved the old one how ever this new one is about three steps up from my old one a little heavier than the old one but very nice love it.Would recommend this give it five stars!!

Certainly like the weight of the iron. Not very light or heavy. It is just right. It steams fine although I could not see the number of holes on bottom of iron, for the steam part. It steams just fine.
