Sizzix Big Shot Shape-Cutting & Embossing Plus Machine

machine was used, pieces were already warped, looked like someone had tried taking it apart.

Not as pictured online. Returned , but after a month, we are still waiting for credit. Poor service from Walmart and their vendor.

I purchased this for a Christmas gift. It was received today and it will not work. She has experience with 3 different die cutting machines so it is not due to inexperience. This machine will not cut the center of a die. It appears that the rollers are warped or some problem with the machine prevents the dies from cutting through. in the center. I contacted Walmart for a refund to learn that this had to be returned within 14 days! I had no idea that it wouldn't work nor that I would be unable to return it if it is damaged as it is. I purchased it the latter part of November to give as a Christmas gift. I have just wasted my money and she has no gift!

I love the machine but a couple of days after receiving and using it I noticed a crack in the handle. It turned out to be a separation in the hard plastic part but was tearing the soft plastic center of the handle. I managed to squeeze it together and so far it has stayed. The machine works well, though.

The box was delivered torn and damaged, by appearance the product looks okay . The rating of the product is a 5 if it works, but the delivery is a rating of 1 , so I went in between on this rating. 4 out of 6 packages were opened / damaged prior to delivery so far, out of our order. This makes it hard to gift with a damaged box, and not knowing if the product was affected by it.
