Phone works as described, battery lasts a long time

This was for my 86 year old father-in-law. There was none in the store so we had mail order. He wanted to switch from consumer cellular where he bought a doro phone, which he liked. Consumer cellular locked the phone but even after threatening for the unlocks, the phone does not function appropriately. Only old people will use a flip phone. But this one has too small buttons.
