Whirlpool - 4.6 Cu. Ft. Top Load Washer with Built-In Faucet - White

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went with a machine that did not have all the bells and whistles, but really impressed with how quiet it is and the incredible spin cycle to extract water out, which significantly reduces dryer time. Coukd not be happier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine a couple of weeks ago and I am glad that I did. It was the most affordable machine with the features that I wanted. It has worked well and I am hoping that it will last at least the next 5-7 years which is what I was told is the most that can be expected of a washing machine these days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about a month ago and I love it, my clothes smell like my fabric softener more than my other washer and the washes are not long to where you're washing all day but long enough to get a good wash. The only reason why this is getting 4 stars is because the spin cycle goes so fast the washer only rattles a little bit not a lot.

Being almost 80 years old, I found the owners manual lacking in information and had to go to YouTube to learn how to operate the machine. I realize this new machine has many features in which I had never seen and I have a new knowledge on how to operate. Whirlpool has given me a chance to prove the old adage, 'you are never too old to learn"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well it was fine for a couple weeks. The drum seems to shake a lot when spinning even though the load is balanced. The soft close lid only goes down and doesn't close fully. It stops and if you try and open or shut it it makes a loud snapping noise. I have tried to get hold of whirlpool and at one point I was on hold without even speaking to a person for an hour and 23 minutes before I finally hung up I've tried several more times and still haven't got hold of anyone
