Wyze - Pan v2 Indoor Wired 1080p HD Securtiy Camera - White

Service is very bad says my cameras are off-line and they are not off-line and I can't connect to them

I am not very happy about my Wyze Cam Pan V2. They sent me a software update that has rendered my unit useless. I would like some help on how I may have this corrected?

Would have given 5 stars except for the cameras won't record to SD card unless you sign up for Wyze plus. I have two systems and same problem on both

This is my second Pan V2 and it still doesn't connect. Works for a little while then disconnects. It is only 6ft from wifi router. The other style cams work fine and they are outside.

The color night vision is a real game changer in terms of video clarity in low light situations. I bought these to replace my two CamPan V1's after I kinda hosed one down accidentally (it still worked once it dried out, but seemed to not always connect to the app on the first try after that - and it still works well enough to try and repurpose in another setting).
