It only works with 2.4 GHz and it would not connect to my network. it was a waste of time.

Works well, but being unable to use any chime is a let down. The doorbell must have a Wyze chime for a traditional doorbell sound inside the house. I replaced a Ring doorbell with a new Wyze wired doorbell and realized all the functionality that I lost . . . Existing chime doesn't ring when doorbell is activated, have to buy and install a new Wyze chime, can't figure out if there is a way to get a different alert sound on my phone when the doorbell is rung - so far its the same sound as when a camera alerts, which is not helpful. I have Wyze cameras and I wanted all my components from one manufacturer so I could subscribe to one service. I also have multiple properties, it would be helpful to be able to set alert tones by group or device.

I love the doorbell and chime devices. They work perfectly. I've been happy with most of the Wyze products I've tried. However, I am only giving 4 stars because I'm constantly annoyed by the Wyze phone app trying to sell me new stuff. All I want to do is check cameras or config and I'm constantly shown the latest offer which is just a distraction to me. This is seriously making me consider using other products.

Works well enough most of the time. Randomly crashes requiring a repeat the installation process, including the reprogramming of the chime accessory. Field of view is too narrow. Unable to view it in my Amazon Echo View.

Works well most of the time, but gets stuck and needs to be rebooted from scratch. Taking it off and unscrewing one of the power taps is a Pain. I wish it would work more consistently. Microphone on my software turns off sometimes just when I need it.
