I always steer towards only organic and non-gmo options for her, and cereal options are very limited, so I was really excited to be able to try this one for her. Lately she's been on a huge smoothie kick, but unfortunately most protein powders and other add-ins I have, contain caffeine or other things either not suitable, or in too high of a serving for kiddos. Enter Gerber Cereals! These have been the perfect way to add nutritional value to my daughter's smoothies in a way that is appropriate to her age and development! And another plus, unlike my fresh fruits and veg, this is shelf stable, so it lasts us a lot longer! (:
