So I tested the Simple solution pet and odor remover spray on a very annoying repeat offender stray cat urine/odor that seems to always spray at my door since we have an indoor cat that sits by the window, even though it's made for indoor use that smell of the Simple solution worked and that cat went to spray on the other side if the window,funny isn't it. Well the spray bottle has three different settings, foam ,mist,stream which I used foam for the outside. Inside I used mist for ceramic tiles. Now that smell is very potent and open your windows before you spray. great product. Use it on sealed wood cause it could stain, so test spot before applying completely. It's safe to use around pets and children but I'm cautious and get kids out of the house. Also store in a zip lock bag cause you could still smell the flowery but potent chemical smell.
I`m not sure if this is good or bad. No sooner did my 32oz bottle of Simple Solution Hard Floor Stain & Odor remover arrive, it was put to use, alot. I didn`t need it for stain removal, I was looking for a pet safe cleaner for everyday cat and dog mishaps. There is a long list of surface types listed on the bottle, and most of the cleanups you will face daily as a pet owner. The spray trigger has 3 options, stream, foam and mist, and a flip down cap to provide the foaming spray. The ingredients are purified water, denatured ethanol, detergent and citrus scent, which reminded me of a faded pine tree. The solution cleaned great, including Leo missing the litter box. When I used it on large ceramic tiles, it dried very slippery. I washed the area with a wet paper towel and it removed the slickness. When I used it on the hard linoleum in front of the litter box, I left it slick to make it easier to clean up future messes, and loose litter. I had no stains to test, but cleanup was easy and no pet smells remained. I would recommend this product for everyday cleanup of pet accidents, odor removal and, per the manufacturer, helping prevent repeat marking, and removing stains on hard surfaces.

Our Dog doesn't pee/poop in the house, because she's older and trained, but periodically she has tummy issues and throws up. I always soak up the mess with a Papertowel first. But to clean up the stain and the stink, I don't necessarily want to mop the entire floor, so this Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover Review Opportunity came along and I am quite impressed. The Nozzle of the bottle has this tiny 'door' which when closed makes the solution come out as foam and when open it just simply sprays. The Foam comes in handy if I don't catch our Dog puking right away and find dried on 'surprises' on the Floor. Cover the stain with Foam, let it sizzle for a minute or so and then wipe up and sure enough the stain as well as the stink are gone. If the stain is fresher the regular spray option works just as well. The scent of the Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover | Dual Action Cleaner for Sealed Hardwood Floors| 32 Ounces is a bit on the strong side, however it is quite pleasant and regarding to the label is supposed to prevent 'marking', which would be in case of pee/poop. As I said, I only needed something to clean up Doggie-Vomit without ruining my Hardwood floors and without having to mop the entire room. I had a couple stains on my floor from my dogs that regular mopping didnt quite cut it. I sprayed the area with Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover Dual Action Cleaner and it got rid of the stain but most importantly the odor/scent that was left behind. Causing the dogs to keep having an issue with that area on the floor. Well...no more issues and I'm very happy.
I love this cleaner! It's easy to use and has multiple nozzle settings. It instantly eliminates pet odors as soon as it's sprayed. The cleaner itself doesn't seem to have much, if any, scent of it's own. It certainly eliminates without covering odor. After using a couple times, I've noticed it also discourages repeat accidents. I have no complaints!
The Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover Dual Action Cleaner for Sealed Hardwood Floors really works beautifully. I have hardwood floors and a dog and two cats. I have used this a few times. It cleans the mess up and leaves the floors beautifully. I am so impressed with the Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover Dual Action Cleaner for Sealed Hardwood Floors . Great product.

This has helped with cleaning the pet waste off the hard wood floors. It has a pleasant smell to me. The sprayer works really well in covering the area where the puppies potty and waste. In some cases, we had to go over the area a couple times because we could still smell a faint odor. We had concerns that the pups may “ruin” the floors, but Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover seems to help the floors look their best. Gave 4 stars because we sometimes have to go over the area a second time. We did go and buy 6 bottles of Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover for hard wood floors since will we have the puppies until their new parents come to take them home.
Simple Solution Hard Floor Pet Stain and Odor Remover | Dual Action Cleaner for Sealed Hardwood Floors| 32 Ounces did not remove my stains on the hard wood floor but did help with the slight urine smell that was still there. I've tried it on several spots where my rescue dog marked when he was nervous or mad and you have to use A LOT of product and use it on the same area at least 3 times for it to even fade. I did like the 3 in 1 spray...stream, foam and mist. Gives you the ability to get in the cracks and crevices. I've used it on old stains because we have figured out how to prevent this from happening again. So far they have only faded slightly but are still extremely noticeable. I have followed the directions on the bottle and have given each spot a day or 2 to before I spray again but not much has faded. I will have to see over time if this will stop him from marking again. This product also can be used for feces, blood and vomit on wood, tile, concrete or any hard surface. Fortunately I have not had to test on any other stain. Over all this is a wait and see if the stains lighten and if he marks in the same spot.
It's a fact that pets will keep going to the bathroom on the same spot because they can smell it. This works very well to remove the odors. Perfect for hard floors that can't take bleach. Works OK on stains. Smell is not unpleasant, citrus that doesn't irritate me. I like the stream/foam/mist nozzle (front pops open from the side - pics on back). Kind of hard to see which setting is stream and which is mist so I marked one with a permanent marker.
I was excited to be offered the chance to try this product in exchange for my honest evaluation as I live with several elderly cat fur babies who are not as well behaved as they were for many years. So we have some problems on the floor around the litter boxes. I have concrete floor on my screened in porch and wood laminate floors in most of the rest of my home however, the floor in the small room where boxes are located is covered with vinyl sheet flooring around the litter boxes. And on the concrete f,loor of the porch where a second set of boxes are located. Th4ese areas of the bathroom and porch were becoming stained and hard to clean. The product information on the bottle said it could be used safely on both of these types flooring. But instructions do NOT say it can be used for “wood laminate”. Only “sealed wood” is listed as far as wood flooring goes. So within my home I knew to not use it on my laminate flooring. My experience with this hard floor cleaner was mixed and not as successful as I had hoped it would be. If I was able to catch the problem within a few minutes of when the accident occurred, it worked OK on the concrete and the vinyl sheet flooring. It cleaned and deodorized these areas fairly well.. However, my attempts to clean away older stains did nothing to improve the appearance of the stain on either of those floors. I followed the instructions on the bottle completely and removed the liquid immediately after spraying it on the floor as the instructions indicated I should do. The product says it is meant to be useful for old stains, but for me it did not do so. So I offer an opinion that you might have better results, however, can only give this product 3 stars and can not recommend it's use on old stains.
