[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this so that I can put a delicious, nutritious rice on the table for dinner quick and without heating up my kitchen in this hot weather we are having. Seeds Of Change is an excellent brand and the ingredients are simple and definitely healthy!! All you do is peel back the top of the rice bag to vent it and pop it in your microwave for ninety seconds, let it sit a moment and then you are in for a delicious easy rice that takes less than two minutes to eat!! This is absolutely perfect for me and my busy family and has saved me so much time plus, this is something that I can feel great about serving my family.

I paired this with shrimp, fried egg, and avocado for lunch and it was so yummy and easy to make. So easy for quick lunches and dinner. I also love the organic ingredients! Very simple and no extras.

And the best part is, this comes in a convenient pouch that only takes 90 seconds in the microwave to heat and serve! I've enjoyed this as a rice bowl with some sauteed shrimp, but it can definitely be a lunchtime treat by itself! Seeds of Change makes delicious packaged foods made with wholesome ingredients, and this spanish style rice is at the top of my list!
I layered a mix of greens and in a separate container heated up a bowl of smoked pulled chicken, some of this rice, and some pickled red onions - poured that on my greens and topped it with Chick Fil A dressing. 10/10

I was a bit shocked with the simple directions. I anticipated a much longer process to achieve a nutritious meal. The directions were easy to follow. I chose the microwave option and in 90 seconds it w done. The packaging was eyr catching. I would highly recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All it needs is 1.5 min in the microwave. You don't even have to remove the rice from the pouch. Super quicj and easy if you need a quick fix. The rice has good texture but is bland despite the 480g salt content which means you will consume more sodium as most people would add or accompany w other ingredients and sides. Not quite sure what makes this 'spanish' style. It's decent variation of rice base. I did not see any corn in it although the package says with corns and shows them in the picture. I added some protein and vegetables.

It has a great texture and looks healthy but it's lacking some flavor. I recommend adding some spices to this rice to jazz it up a bit. No preservatives makes me a big fan of this one
