[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With having such a busy and hectic life it is very hard to be able to calm down at night sometimes. I had no issues being able to gently relax to be able to fall asleep and be so well rested when I woke up. These capsules were the perfect size and did just the right job for me!
This was recommended by my doctor as safe and non-habit forming. They work well for me and don't seem to leave you groggy in the morning.

I was surprised how fast I was able to fall asleep and how rested I felt in the morning after sleeping through the night. I didn't experience any grogginess so that's a plus, will definitely recommend to others!

Before I really was struggling to fall asleep when I needed and was irritable the rest of the day. But not with these. These seemed to take only a few minutes for me to feel the effect of them beginning to work. I wasn't drunk feeling either the next day, actually I felt revived! I made sure to read the directions good first before taking to make sure they were the right sleep aid I was looking for in a product. This has been the first time in a long time that I have been able to not have to drink several pots of coffee to stay awake throughout the day. I highly recommend trying Unison if you or someone you may know that having trouble falling asleep.
No next day grogginess. I have problems sleeping sometimes, and this helps. I love that it's non habit forming.

Love these for nights I can't sleep!! I don't wake up drowsy at all!! But highly recommend taking 30 minutes before bed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had problems going to sleep and staying asleep but these gels have helped so much. Within 30 minutes of taking this pill I was out. Not only did I fall asleep fast but for once in my lifetime I actually slept the whole night without waking up. That is a very rare thing for me to do. I love that they are small size and easy to take as well.
Here recently I have been having trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Since I have added unison into my nightly routine I have noticed that I do not wake up as much during the night so it does help. Haven't found anything that will knock me out for a full nights sleep. Open to try something new

I like that they have different varieties for their nighttime sleep aids so if you don't prefer the te capsule they have tabs and melts as well. I got the Unisom SleepGel which is a tiny blue gel capsule marked with the brand. It was easy to swallow with a glass of water and does not have any revolting smell or disgusting aftertaste. My Unisom SleepGel came in handy foil pack that is very easy to stow away. I would definitely consider putting some in my medicine kit when I'm away for travels because sometimes it's hard for me to go to sleep when I'm in a new place.
