I really like Unisom it's a great sleep aid for when you have trouble sleeping. My issue is with my order. I ordered two packages of Unisom but only recieved one, which I thought was strange. You could tell that the package had been sealed and reopened. The package had been torn up and there was lots of tape all over it. It looked like it had come through customs. Then I received a notice, about 5 days later saying that I would receive my order on the third of August, today is the 24th of July. I placed this order on the 19th I received one right away, and I won't receive the other one until the 3rd of August. Why? This is strange. What the heck is going on.
I take this with b-6 to help with morning sickness during the first trimester. My OB said it is safe! It helps with nausea and I get a good nights sleep.
Been using it for years when sleep is hard. Never gives enough a lag over feeling . I wake up feeling rested. My Dr. recommended it. I will not use any other sleep tab.
Love it does not make you go to sleep. If you take it once you get sleepy if you choose to fight it and continue to watch TV or other activities you can stay awake, but if you take it and once you feel sleepy you lay down you fall asleep and remain asleep throughout the night. Unlike others that force you to sleep and you sleep hard for 3-4 hours but wake up in the middle of the night and then you are unable to fall back to sleep.
This product works wonders for me. I take it before bed and I am asleep before I know it and I stay asleep all night til my alarm. I buy this product every 2 months or so. I am one who Benedril and other products don't make me sleepy which is why I tried this product and it worked. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
These absolutely work..... just not when you want them to. After less than a week i gave these away.... now the person i gave these to, wont talk to me after they had a similar experience. you take at night, ok you will eventually fall asleep yeah.... then the next morning you will feel like crap and probably fall asleep during some random part of the day. BUY THE PM PAIN VERSION
Definitely helps me sleep!! For the record though, I did have to take half a pill to help it not carry on for so long in the morning lol. But they did work well!! I was able to sleep without waking up as often as I usually was. I'm also pregnant with that pregnancy insomnia so I'm glad I was able to get relief
I bought this a week ago, while I was able to fall asleep, I was awake again in less than 2 hours and had a slight headache. NOT FOR ME.
It was too strong for me. I took a 1/4 of a tab, the same dosage that's in Nyquil, but I wound up sleeping like 13 hours! I did feel groggy for quite a while after waking. Benadryl does the same thing to me, but when i take Nyquil, I sleep well. It's the same sleep ingredient that's in Nyquil. Maybe I'll try it again with an even smaller dosage.
How much more is the company that makes unisom going to increase the price??? Its getting close to $15.00 a box!! I use a whole 80 count box per month!
