A new spice for a new recipe I wanted to try. The taste is identical to that found in pit cooked brisket which can be found ready to heat and eat in the meat section of your supermarket. If you like that taste, this is the right seasoning to buy. It's delicious and requires very little for a successful meal.

Smoked paprika is my go-to for a twist on Hungarian Paprika Chicken. I simmer chicken, onions, and bell peppers in some chicken stock, add smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and garlic powder, then top off with a huge helping of sour cream to thicken the simmered down stock. Everyone loves this dish as is or over rice!
I've always used Paprika, but I gotta tell ya: THIS is amazing! Everyone loves the smoky taste. They thought I'd smoked it on the grill or something. lol
