Great for the 3 inch core heat tape used in heat transfer vinyl and sublimation. It is usually very narrow and the core doesn't fit tight so I just put 2 or 3 layers of painters tape (or masking tape) around the core so that it would fit tighter and stay in the middle of the core. I like this one better than the other 3 inch core dispensers I found that had a much bigger base but was still for 1 inch tape. Those took up too much space on the desk and way too heavy to easily grab and move to a different desk. I'm thinking of getting another one for my painters tape because I use it a lot to hold many of my various crafts.
Perfect for what I needed
The fiber packing tape was too big until a few wraps are used. Works great for masking tape.
Bought this to dispense blue painting tape. Tape roll does not turn when it's a full roll.
