Like the look of heater. Have not used it yet. It arrived missing screws. My husband went to 3 diferent hardware stores to find right kind of screws, but they don't match color. Very annoying.
When assembled unit is somewhat unstable in any type of wind. Unit bolts to top of base which is fairly flimsy; it may eventually tear metal. Another issue is that parts were missing to properly assemble unit. I needed to take trip to hardware store to finish assembly. Despite protective covering on metal there were some small gouges that were disappointing. That being said, the heater works fine. For something advertised as commercial grade it is no better than my other outdoor heaters that I purchased for half the price.
