I researched this item on several different websites and Walmart was by far the cheapest by about $150. It was very easy to assemble with two people and only took us about 30 minutes total. The distressed wood looks great. It is a nice addition to our family room.
I got my fireplace today. It only took me a half hour to put it together alone. Its beautiful...! I showed my neighbors and 2 of them ordered a fireplace 5 minutes later! What I really like is... If I decide to change my living room around, the fireplace can be moved anywhere because there is no gas line or electric line to deal with. Its well made, strong and heavy. It DOES come with the SCREEN KIT but not the Gel. If you are looking at this fireplace... BUY IT...!!!!
