Love, love, love this conversion set. We enjoy the crackle of the fire and no ashes to clean up.
This was a great purchase. The logs look just like a gas fireplace. No problem with anything breaking, like read from another purchaser. Was completely satisfied.
Wow I'm so glad that I purchased this for my home. It adds warmth and beauty to my home.
I purchased these logs and the gel fuel to light them just before our huge storm. They are lovely to look at, flame just like the real thing and provide heat, so you think you are burning wood without the mess. I would like more of the "ash" to place below the logs, but other than that I love the set. I had compared prices elsewhere and this was the best buy I found.
We just love this fireplace. Wish the fireplace as well as the gel flame product were less expensive, but very happy with the crackling flames of the fireplace.
Gives the room a cozy feel..the gel fuel doesn't give any heat really, but the room looks great.
I have a 130 year old inn and we can't burn wood in the fireplaces anymore, so this is a great solution. The logs look very real and well made. When burning, the real flames crackle and give a nice glow (better than propane) BUT the handle that lifts the logs up so you can change the gel cans broke immediately! Very cheap metal used. Every one will break like this, no doubt. You can lift the logs by hand, you just need to be careful about the hot logs.
