The product was not available in the store. I ordered it on -line, delivery to the store was very prompt. I am pleased with this product: high quality, fair price.
This heating pad gives the right amount of heat and have an automatic shut off in case you fall asleep. The pad is soft to the touch and heats quickly.
very good product for the money
I got this item for Christmas and it was bought because I had burned myself with a heating pad in the past, the auto off did not work on this model and I now have a third degree burn on my left hip, so just be aware when using it.
this item arrived in very good time and condition..this is really excellant value and a quality item.
I gave this to a friend and she likes it. It took a very long time to arrive. Might possibly have been because it was in December.
Rec'd item today. The box and pad cover had a horrible oder. Was like an oil base smell. Had to wash the cover before using and throw the box away because of the smell. Also no moist pad included.
I PURCHASED A MONTH AGO AND IT DOES NOT GET AS HOT AS I WOULD LIKE IT TO AND I WISH THE SIZE WERE A BIT BIGGER. NOT BAD FOR THE MONEY.
This Sunbeam heating pad was terrible, it never got warm enough to relax your mussels or for some of us that use heating pads for sore necks, headaches and the like. It warms up and then shuts off in five minutes or less. I had to keep turning it off, and then back on to get it to stay warm. I bought a SOFTHEAT Moist or Dry Heating Pad from Wal-Mart to replace this one with no issues.
Lack of information regarding my purchased product, ex. : UL listing, wattage settings, etc. No UL listing/testing-approval is, to me - somewhat strange.
