You will get a great workout. I have another air climber I have at a home I have in NC. I have had that one for about 3 years. Of all the exercise machines I have had this is one of the best. You can really feel the results in only a few weeks. It comes with a dvd that has exercises for beginners to advanced. Of course Walmart always has the cheapest prices which makes it a good buy!
I have a glider, I had an elliptical, and a recumbant bike. This beats them all hands down! I love it.
It is a bit bigger and absolutely stable. It is new, but has a feel that it will last a long, long time. I think it surpassed me expectations.
I liked air climber, feel already more energetic and it is really fun. Worth your time and dedication, but still you have to do something else to work the sides of your legs (in and out) and not so strong in the abs.
I checked everywhere for this and WalMart.com had the cheapest price + free shipping. Cannot wait to start using the climber. I had hip replacement surgery and wanted something that was low impact. It is everything that I had expected. Thanks Walmart
I used this product for 10 days and I see the result. I loss 6 pount
I wanted something that I could get a quick, over-all workout, adding flexibility, aerobics and toning for my muscles. I also wanted something that was small enough to use in front of the TV. Great even for "running or marching in place" while watching commercials. This has worked for me. I like this product but did have a little trouble with the shipping. Paid a little extra to get it here quickly and it was 4 days late. Could have just had it shipped free and got it the same time.
It's a good buy for the money.
I specifically searched for this product because my sister in law purchased one 20 years ago off of an infomercial. I loved hers cause I got a good workout. I sweat and I felt like I had a pretty decent workout after a good 30 minutes. This one doesn't have enough pump to work much out. It's like I'm stepping on a "mini" stepper. I've only used it twice since I purchased it. I'm hoping it'll loosen up and work better after a while when I "break it in". It says that it works best in room temp. :/
I tried this product for almost 2 weeks. At best, my calves were enlarged. Don't buy this product...it's a sham. The DVD that came with it was annoying, too much yelling and hype. I returned it and was glad Walmart takes returns with no questions asked. I was fooled again by yet another "exercise tool".
