These heaters are great to put out on my patio table. It has extended our outdoor dining season and lets us have company over and eat socially distanced while still being comfortably warm. Very worth the price!
Great little machine!! We did not buy it for the heat. We got it for the ambiance of the flame. Everyone comments on how beautiful it makes the patio.
Came well packaged and undamaged. Did require some assembly, actually some disassembly, to remove the protective packing around the glass tube. Everything went gether very well and after the initial learning process it has performed well on several mornings since we installed it. Does not give off a lot of heat, but seems to warm the area where we gather fine. Thought it would obstruct others at the table but that does not seem to be the case.
Awesome product I am very happy with this table heater.
How excited I was to get my heater on the scheduled day! The box and ultimately the heater was damaged. Called & emailed for replacement door. No Response. Still love the product!!
just received my new patio heater and found oxidation in two places: 1) back panel - appears to be caused from the inside control box and 2) inside the bottom front base. Several deep scratches can also be found on the reflector top
Screw missing (see picture) and dent in the top. Not packaged well. After we mostly bent out the dent and found a screw to work we are enjoying it.
Not useful as an outdoor heater. The metal top gets extremely hot as all the heat heads skyward. I have tried it in many locations i.e. on a sidetable, on a dining table, on the ground. None seemed to afford any better heating quality. To be fair, I am attempting to use it in a very cold enviornment (30-40 degrees) perhaps it would fare better in a more temperate area. But then who needs a heater, right? Next time I will upgrade to the stand-up version which can produce substantial BTUs.
Unit will not stay lit. Tried several times, even inside a garage due to wind. Pilot light seems defective.Product received with no bag of hardware contents (only a battery). The burner unit was loose and hanging down. The top is bent. I'm very disappointed, especially due to the fact that it's chilly right now.
Store is a complete scam. Refuse a return of unopened unused product. Still trying to return! If zero stars were an option that's what I'd give
