This is now the 3rd heart health test I've used to track my cholesterol. 1.5 years ago I was an outwardly health person with shockingly awful cholesterol. I completely changed my diet and this test was an essential tool to enable me to regularly track progress. And after seeing a plateau on the 2nd test I was able to adjust my diet again and now my cholesterol is perfect. The test is accurate and results are super fast.
I appreciated the fast response, both on shipping to me and in getting the results back to me. I like not having to go into a lab. The cost is reasonable as I have really really bad insurance and would spend just as much if not more going through my doctor. The only "problem" I had, which was a minor thing, was where I pricked my finger bruised underneath and it took many days to heal and it hurt to use it the whole time. I suspect I pushed down too hard. I plan on using this again to see if my intervention steps will lower my cholesterol.
Easy to follow instructions. Comes with everything you need! Love the notifications when they receive my samples and when the results are in! I use this company often!
I didn't get enough blood on my test and they weren't able to get the results. They were kind enough to send me another test, free of charge, so I could take it again. This time I did it right and the test results came back with all the proper results. I would absolutely recommend there product.
I've been working on lowering my cholesterol numbers trying to avoid medication. But the only time I get that officially checked is at my annual physical. EverlyWell is ideal for monitoring my progress every 2-3 mos. And I take these numbers to my doctor to add to my records.
After receiving a physicians report that my cholesterol was creeping up and then being recommended for statins I decided to give myself time to try dietary changes and see if I could lower the number. This test allows me to confirm that my changes are being effective!

Great company! My test was delivered in about 3-5 days. The kit had everything I needed. There was also an easy to follow video on how to extract my blood sample for the test. I received my results in about 3 to 4 days. The results closely matched the ones I received at my doctor's office. I believe this very reputable company with good science. They even suggested some ways to lower my cholesterol numbers after I receive my results. I would recommend using this test and company to others looking to care for their health.
I had to buy a second test because with the first one, the lancet wasn't long enough to penetrate my finger to make it bleed.I used both lancets provided and neither worked.I bought another test kit because I feared I contaminated the first one.I couldn't get the amount of blood that was required. I had to find another way to draw blood. My son had to help me squeeze enough blood to fill the chamber. But all in all I was satisfied with the test and the quick results. I think a better type lancet should be included.
I am not sure if I would buy this cholesterol and lipid test again because even though it gave me high results, I had my cholesterold, lipids tested in a lab in my town by my doctor and that result was twice as high! So, how do I know which one is correct??
