I purchased the Harmony and this model - online - to see which one model was better. I love both of them. Pros: The Graco has the added padding that isn't really listed. In the booklet it states 'deluxe model only'. This is the patterned padding. This padding just slides in/out if you want to remove it. Another plus is the back has 3 positions which works great for the corvette and truck, the seats really are in a slight recline position which isn't a issue for this seat. It also lays flat so it will fit in a trunk. Cons: The cup holders are small but the right size for kids cups. The top 'wings' are a little big so it makes it harder for them to see out the windows but the do have more protection.
I purchased the Graco - Highback TurboBuster to replace my 5 year old's bulky car seat that made him feel like a baby. My son is small in height and he wanted to get a "big boy" booster seat like his friends. He loves the design and says it is comfortable. One of his favorite features is the cup holders...one for food and the other for drink. I love this booster because it is safe, lightweight and easy to switch to another car. It is easy to put together...directions are easy to read and follow. The assumption that the car seat is flimsy is a mistaken by the availability that it can recline to fit in your car properly.
This Graco TurboBooster Car Seat is so nice. It is especially great to be able to use the seat belt to latch my grandchildren in the seat instead of all the other mechanisms in the baby seat. Graco is such a nice product. And Wal-Mart delivered the seat 2 or 3 days before scheduled!
Bought this for my 4 yr old and he loves it! Padded very well and very comfy.
I found this product to be sturdier than I expected. My son loves it! The color is has a nice black & green combo, works well, especially for a boy. You don't find too many enticing colors for boys, this one like I said has a nice combo where the green stands out well. It took a little longer than I thought, well I though it came assembled. My husband ended up helping, the back that slides in place somehow only one side was in all the way.
I bought this so I would have my own set of seats for picking up my twin granddaughters. I like the support for their heads and the curved back to help hold them in the proper position as kindergarten can be tiring and they fall asleep on the ride to Grandmas. Convenient features in the dual cup holders, the belt holder fits and sits perfectly where it should, so simple they can "do it themselves" and sits snuggly in place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Bought two of these booster car seats for my grandson, one for my car, one for his mother's. Was very easy to put together. Grandson didn't like it @ first, but now enjoys it as if he's had it all along. My reason for 4 stars is the fact that the back & the seat do not stay together after it is put together. Any time you remove it from the vehicle, the back falls away from the base. It is very inconvenient, but overall we really like this seat.
I bought this about a month ago for my son, who is five years old. He is very tall for his age but also very thin, and we really like the way this Graco booster seat works for us. The assembly wasn't complicated and I like the fact that he can ride with comfort all while being kept safe.
Bought 2 of these for my grandson as I hated seeing him tipped over in a backless booster seat when he'd fall asleep in the car - which he does quite a bit! He's very comfortable in it and can easily see out the window. Plenty of padding and has two drink holders, too(not that I or his father will let me drink in our cars!).
BACK REST IS NOT AS STURDY AS I HOPE TO BE, BUT BECAUSE IT FITS PRETTY TIGHT AGAINST THE SEAT, I SUPPOSE IT WILL DO. THE PRICE I THINK IS A LITTLE TO HIGH FOR THE QUALITY. I WOULD PAY $40. NOT $60.
