I purchased the fountain to put in my park department office. I chose this one because of the rocks and nature look to it. After assembling the fountain I realized the river rocks were not in the box. I contacted HoMedics and they sent me the bag of rocks. I appreciate the swift response time and especially appreciate that they didn't question me.
My daughter purchased this fountain for me. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to set up. I've owned other fountains that I struggled to get the desired effect but this one did it for me!!! The motor for the pump is very quiet and the trickling of the water is very relaxing. They could have included more rocks though, other than that I LOVE IT!!!!
Easy set up, looks pretty good, only thing is there isn't too much water sound. Can be helped a bit by placement of the little stones. I like it though.
Well, you can't beat the value. It was only $15 and our local store had it in stock, so we ordered it online, then a few hours later got an email from Walmart stating they had pulled the item for pick-up. Fountain was easy to set up, it didn't come with as many rocks as I would of liked, but we just added our own rocks for balance. You can buy a bag of rocks, shiny, from the Dollar Tree. Now our newly painted 'dark chocolate' bedroom is on its way to beng Feng Shui.
The fountain is all plastic. When ever I walk past it the river stones fall to the bottom. The rock would not stay in place, kept slideing around.
Not good, it make too much noise.
