I loved this lotion! I've used the product for about a week happily surprised. This is a white, very thin and soft lotion, I thought it was going to be grease or sticky as most lotions lately do, but not at all, after applying it one can feel the skin smooth and dry, with no sticky cast on it, and also it's so easy to spread. It has no fragrance at all, which is great at least for me that I can't tolerate fragrances on skin products at all. I thought it was going to be like the bio oil some way (for belly use only), but being a lotion, so thin and smooth, one can spread it all over the body and it feels great! After the ones I used to use were discontinued, I've been dealing to find out a lotion like this for months, and I've tried so many different ones from almost every brand, each one worst than the other: hard to spread, heavy lotions, that left a sticky cast on my skin. So, this may means to me the end of searching. The best by now.
As a mommy of two, I am very particular on what I use during my pregnancy. I've used a few Mommy's Bliss items so I was super excited to try this belly lotion. I love that it doesn't contain harsh chemicals and that it's fragrant free. This lotion can be used throughout pregnancy and after. The lotion goes on smooth and doesn't leave a sticky feel afterwards. I also like the brand's packaging as well. This would be a nice addition gift basket to expecting parents and I would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a belly lotion to check this one!
Wow this is an amazing lotion! As soon as I rubbed it on my skin, the way it made my skin feel is so amazing! One thing I am very surprised is that it is not oily considering it's made with shea butter, cocoa butter, sunflower oil and sweet almond oil. I have definitely made body butter with these ingredients in the past but it was way too oily compared to Mommy's Bliss Blissful Belly Lotion. I am definitely sticking to this from now on. It is an amazing experience using this and my skin feels amazing. My belly from 2 kids is loving the extra moisture for sure. It will tremendously help with my belly skin issues for sure. I highly recommend it.
I've had 2 C-Sections and have plenty of stretch lines. Sometimes this area of my stomach stings and lotion helps. However, I'm not a new mom. My youngest is in elementary school, so it's been a while. I also, especially with this pandemic, find I wash my hands a lot. This lotion not only soothes my stomach lines, but feels amazing on my tired and dry hands. Moms, dads, kids, grandparents, teachers, anyone with skin could benefit from this lotion. I recommend it!
This is a really great choice as a belly lotion, or general lotion. Love that its fragrance free, and it is so important that it is made of natural ingredients. I have lately been prioritizing products free of chemicals and made in the US and this products helps with this transition. Comes on lightly and moisturizes well, without being too greasy or thick, and without residue. I cannot say that it reduces stretch marks yet, since I haven't used it long enough, but overall happy with this product and plan to continue using it on my belly, and other areas of my skin needing moisture.
The lotion is rich and very moisturizing. My skin feels very soft and smooth after rubbing this on my belly and rest of my body. It absorbs very fast and I like that it doesn't leave any stickiness or oiliness. I also like that it is made of 98% naturally derived ingredients. I noticed that even though it is unscented, it has a slight smell during first several seconds of applying. The smell disappears and becomes unnoticeable after that.
We have had this product about a week so it is hard to confirm any long time positive or negative results but so far so good. The product is a very lightweight formula that feels light and airy on the skin. It does not leave your skin feeling greasy or oily but you can definitely feel the hydration after application. I cannot smell any scent but my daughter said she can smell somewhat of a minty undertone (she is the one pregnant and I assume she can smell a bit better than I can at the moment). We love the fact that everything in this lotion is natural, therefore not adding any unnecessary chemicals that may affect her or the baby. She has used lotions on her belly since finding out she was pregnant, so she has used a couple different brands and she said this is a good one. She is 6 months pregnant, so we shall see how it does the remainder of her pregnancy. We have high hopes.
This product contains plenty essential oils . It is not greasy or thick as expected, the formula is lightweight and i didnt get a high scent from it either. Will need to use more to see if the stretch marks completely go away but i do notice some lifht fading taking place.
The Mommy's Blissful belly lotion is easy to pump out of the bottle and is creamy. Although it shows on the bottle that it's unscented it still has a smell to it. It's not an overpowering smell but a smell from the ingredients. It absorbs fast and moisturizes the skin and it really does make the skin soft. I can see that it moisturizes the belly skin very well which can help with the stretching. It's made with natural ingredients but it has caution on the label to test on a small patch of skin and let sit for 48 hours before use. I didn't have any reaction to the lotion. It's a decent lotion and I will continue to use it.
No scent mean no extra added thing i don't need. I love shea amd cocoa bitter lotions amd i love that this has it. I love itnis mainly made from natural ingredients. But this does leave my sking feeling sticky at times. I have added thos to my lotion regimes but not using it alone. I personally havent seen improvement yet bit we will see.
