This is a real sweet buy for anyone wanting to save a few bucks. The refurbish is backed by Microsoft and any problem you "may" encounter can be handled through them directly. Been using heavily for 2 months now with no issues outside of Xbox live not being that great. The game is on a one time use token and can be given to a friend if you want. The Kinect is miles ahead of any other camera technology for console gaming at the moment, just unfortunate there are not many games that fully utilize it. All in all great purchase when I got it for $399. At the current price of $349 even better.
Works splendidly ,couldn't even tell it was refurbished , very new looking and no problems as of yet. Delivery was fast and free.
My son wanted this and he worked hard to save the money for it. We went refurbished to save about $100. We also got the 3 year plan with Walmart. It helped us feel confident. Truth is - the console is awesome. No sign of lax workmanship. We watch videos every day and when he plays, it shows up nice and clear without much lag! Excellent buy.
read lots of negative reviews on this product but I must say excellent product refurbished Xbox one with connects works flawlessly great price for having a game with it game works excellent would recommend this to anybody and my family and friends besides that if you have any issues at all Walmart will accept it back and give you another one so what do you have to lose absolutely nothing but everything to gain with this excellent price
not disappointed. no trouble since purchased 12/2015. would never know it was refurbished if it wasn't for all the refurbished advertisement via packaging and tape on console. my son lives on console and has yet to voice a complaint
Really happy with the system, however.. kinect wasn't used after 2nd day.. 500g seems huge after initial update and 2 or 3 game installs I was at 49% memory used.. So I returned and got 1tb no kinnect.. refurb was fine, sounds bad but all was good.. except for the ugly sticker that says refurb and the box that says refurb all over it.. buzz kill if it's a gift.. :) great value, however space is key with this system.
Very happy with our purchase
Shipping info was screwed up to begin with. When received unit would not load up and could not be updated. Returned 4 hours after getting it. Microsoft's solution was to manually update or send the unit if for repair! I had no intent of doing their work for them. When I buy a factory certified refurbished unit I expect it to operate in the same manner as a new one!
I bought this thinking it was a great deal until I took it home and the controller didn't work. I went back and forth with Walmart because they told me in order to get a new controller I would have to return the item to the store for a refund and reorder it online. Instead a customer service rep gave me a percentage off of the order to purchase a new controller. After purchasing a new controller, the system would not update. I returned everything and bought a brand new Xbox One instead that gives me no problems at all.
