This xbox is much more quieter and better built than all than all the previous versions, its much quieter and runs games well. You see there was an original Xbox 360 Than an xbox 360 slim And now this one (guess you could call it "super slim" regardless that's not the name I think that they made this consel to replace the old one that overhead and didn't work well. Why should you buy this? Its a great deal and peggle is a fun family game. Also if you need extra memory (a hard drive) later, you can actually get 60GB hard drives for the "Xbox 360 slim" that are about 20-40 bucks and work with this Xbox, and if you know how yo change batteries in a remote you can add an hard drive to this system. In conclusion this is a great version of the Xbox 360 that can be easily upgraded later and has great build quality.
I bought the Xbox 360 for my grandson, he recently turned 10 years old and he absolutely loves it to the point that never wants to put the controller down. I love it, because I was able to set it up and activate the parental controls to make sure all functions are suitable for his age.
I absolutely love the system I've never been an Xbox fan but this definitely was a great buy. I recommend it highly if you not looking to pay a lot its a great way to start. And if you wanna get a bigger gb it's only gonna cost a little over a 100 for 500gb.
I bought this 360 system because I had purchased games last year and a few years prior and wanted to play them again. Anyway, some say this is not a good system for a gamer. I disagree. It is. All you have to do is add a USB flash drive, ( I added a 128gb), and wow, it recognized the drive. Now I just downloaded all my games and have plent of storage left. Great buy. I recommend this product..

Have you ever wanted a device that lets you play video games, communicate and play video games with your friends, and use your favorite applications; then the Xbox 360 is the console for you. I purchased the 4GB model. The console came with one controller and the chords to plug into a television and the power source chord. I have had a Nintendo Game Cube growing up and I was looking to upgrade to a different console. My decision was between the Play Station 3 and the Xbox 360 I picked the Xbox 360 and I have been very happy with the decision I made. This video game console is a great option for people that like to play video games but, also do much more than play games on it. Advantages: The Xbox 360 is very customizable, you can create a profile in your Xbox were you can custom design your own backgrounds, application center, and design your profile character however you like. If you purchase Xbox live you can play online with other people all over the world, you can also play with your friends that own a Xbox 360 too. The Xbox is easy to use and people that don’t like to play video games can still enjoy it. You can access many popular applications on the console such as: Netflix, YouTube, and ESPN, and as well as many of your other favorite applications. My parents are technologically impaired, but after showing them how the Xbox works and how easy it is to operate it, they were able to get on and access Netflix. For people thinking about purchasing an Xbox 360 for their children it is a great option. There are a variety of games for all ages to play, you can choose from games rate E to M. For the serious gamers this console is perfect for you, there are so many different games to choose from you will never run out of games to beat. Disadvantages: This particular console does not have very much memory space to download games. If you have more than 4 GB of memory you can only get more memory for your Xbox by purchasing a Xbox 360 flash drive, that allows you to download more than 4GB of memory. You can also purchase an Xbox 360 with more data memory. Sometimes when my games or applications are loading they will freeze and not load. I then have to turn off the console and restart it. Its not a big problem but it gets annoying after a while. Another big problem from that the Xbox 360 has is the infamous “Red ring of death.” This is when your consoles hardware fails and the light that indicates that the consoles power is on is red rather than green. There are many steps you can do to prevent your Xbox from getting the red ring by: keeping the console vertical rather than horizontal so that the fan is able to propel cool air into it so the Xbox doesn’t over heat. Another way to prevent the ring of death is to turn your Xbox off when you’re not using it rather then pausing it.
Unless you just want an xbox for watch Netflix and Hulu avoid this system. It's a perfectly great system, however begin only 4Gb and with all the system information taken up already you start out of the box with no storage space. There are options to upgrade to bigger hard drives, but save yourself time and money. Just get the 250Gb, 320Gb or 500Gb model. -An Experience Gamer
I bought this last week, only to realize there is no storage to play games. We just basically watch Netflix on it, and play the boring Peggle 2 game that came with it. I thought I did enough research and it would be a good value, but I was wrong and now I'm stuck with it.
