This TV is so great I love TV but with one is different [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Had TV for years now. Near perfect and can run games at 120 fps.
Beutiful color, easy setup Pictures clear Everything perfect [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for my PC gaming setup because it has Freesync and was advertised as having a 120hz refresh rate. Not many TVs larger than 50 inch have such high refresh rates and high refresh rate is important for quality gaming. I found out once setting it up though that HDMI can only currently operate at 60hz, so you aren't actually able to game with this TV at a 120hz refresh rate. That was a disappointing, but the Freesync setup at 60hz and the upscaling capability with 1080p is still a huge upgrade from my previous TV. Settings are easy to use and setup with the remote. I was able to calibrate the color and image through Windows Display Color Calibration and Radeon Display settings and it looks amazing! I found this display to be very bright and I live in a dark room, so enabling the Eco Saver setting helped with that a lot, and has kept it from getting so hot. Eco Saver doesn't change the quality of the image either which is great! I didn't plan to use the Smart Hub much since I am mainly using it for my PC, but I did start watching some series on Amazon Prime so I figured I'd try out the app and realized thats how you stream the shows and movies at 4k. I'm blown away by the image, color and motion quality. I'm new to 4k viewing and it's a whole different experience. So happy with this investment!
Well for starters I love how to screen looks I joy connect my phone to the TV and I like LG TV The volume is way better on Samsung it is on my LG TV in my living room.Well from my experience with this TV i'll probably turn my LG TV and give me a Samsung for the Living room. But overall I'm not Really have a problem with Samsung products anyways.I know from now on All of game is Samsung products. I purchased a Samsung RU8000 55" recently. While I like the TV, and will keep it because it suits my needs, I think that there are probably better options for 2019. It does have a real 120Hz panel and excellent motion interpolation, but it's not very bright, so while it can process HDR signals, it doesn't have the contrast to display them well. On the other hand, colors look natural, and it can display details in both bright areas and dark areas simultaneously, which make for a nice pleasing picture, especially in a dark room. This TV is edge-lit and doesn't have local dimming, but, honestly, it has great black levels despite this. (I've had TVs with local dimming before, and I usually just turn it off due to the "blooming" effect, so I don't miss this feature.) I guess, in short, this TV would be great if it had come out in 2017 at this price. Or, it would be a great value in 2019 if it were priced lower. If you can get it on sale and you don't care about the so-so brightness, I would recommend it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Love the vibrant colors. The sound volume is horrible . I replaced my old samsung with this . You really need a sound bar if you buy this TV. The remote takes too many steps to get what you want done. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Bought this TV about 2 years ago. I haven't watched it much. When I do the picture resolution doesn't seem very clear. This is a 4k TV right?? My TV from 10 years ago has a more crisp picture. Maybe Samsung is losing their edge and may be time to shift over to Sony or LG instead. Disappointing.
Worst TV i ever bought. Colors are faded. Black is not clear. There is no vividness in colors. Tried every setting but picture looks old and yellowish
Ive had nothing but issues with my tv. I always have to unplug my tv and blug it back in to allow the tv to use the wifif even after the mother board was replaced [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
