Bought the installation service, and could get a hold of anyone in company trying to make an appointment. Called multiple times during their business hours and no one ever answered! Sent multiple emails and no response! Now I am trying to get a refund and hoping that goes through. Their support line was ineffective for me, and I would not recommend them
Nobody has contacted me to install my cameras! I have contacted customer service and the number they gave me to contact doesn't do ANY work for Walmart!!! The number I found of the same name is CLOSED!! The representative for Walmart was very nice but the accent was so hard to understand 😫
Did not have installed never got a email or anything from the company who was to install nothing appointments but I paid double the amount I expected to pay So I just returned the items though Walmart customer care was going to take care of the billing refund I should have looked in the review section, found out other people have had problems with this installation company
Installation service, doesn't install your cameras. They don't drill walls, they ask you for an extension cord and do not explain you what kind of extension or for what is needed. If I'm paying this service is because I don't know how to install the cameras or know anything about them. Their solution, reschedule the service and charge me additional $40. I'm returning the cameras and since you didn't clearly explain what was needed for the installation, I would be right to return the fee paid for this service that was not done! Worst customer service ever. When you call they don't give you solutions. If you ask for a supervisor they hang the phone. If you call again and finally are able to talk to a supervisor she is not able to give you any solution. If you ask for a manager, they tell you he will call you back and I'm still waiting. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND WORST SERVICE FROM WALMART EVER RECEIVED.
Since I was buying 4 solar security cameras from Walmart for my new home %26 did not know anyone in my new area, I thought why not buy the installation from my favorite retailer also! In my experience, Walmart has always stood behind their products. NOT this time! The 1st installer they sent, arrived 4 hours late %26 had little to no idea what he was doing. By 10:30pm only 3 cameras had been installed %26 only 2 were working. It took almost 3 weeks for another installer to finally arrive. His instructions said he had 1 camera to install %26 he was given 30 mimutes to do that. Not being familiar with security cameras either, it took him 3 hours. 2 days later, one of the front solar cameras was not powering up correctly. I contacted the manufacturer %26 they told me the solar panel had been installed incorrectly %26 was not getting enough sun. I called walmart installation %26 was told by several different people that: "Sorry, you will have to pay another $99 for us to send another technician out. We do not correct any errors one of our technicians may have made. That is our policy. " WHAT?!?! I have made over 15 calls trying to talk to a manager or get a higher up person. NO LUCK!! SO, DO NOT BUY INSTALLATION SERVICES FROM WALMART!!
called several times to schedule which never happened. kept rescheduling it further and further and when they called they call from a spam number and the number cant be called back. absolutely worst service ever would not recommend at all. very disappointed.
Shoppers should make sure before buying tha Walmart carries all necessary parts before they buy their products. for example, the installer told me that the cameras i had from Walmart were not good for installation?, asked me to go to Walmart with him to get a different system. I stupidly did and cameras were not charged. After 2-3 hours there was not signal. He did not charged the batteries. When I checked with Walmart, all Walmart sells is the recharger ger. I had to order them from Amazon. What a disappointment! I am frustrated at this point. Feeling like even never buy from Walmart again.
we ordered security cams WITH installation and everybody kept running me to someone else. POOR customer service Poor Poor service.....if you can call angi. com even worse!!!! BAD BAD BADDDDD buisness.
The security camera home installer tech never showed up to install my security cameras after paying $100. dollars for the services
I had the most terrible experience with this. The technician that was assigned to me didn't know how to program the cameras prior to trying to install them which was a nightmare. He made multiple appointments with me and once he finally arrived, he appeared in a smaller suv car and without a ladder or power drill. Needless to say, I needed a contractor after he left my home. He caused lots of damage to my ceiling, sheetrock and beams in my attic. I contacted Walmart immediately and it took months to get handled. It's unfortunate that I had such a terrible experience with this product and I do not recommend that anyone purchase this until they can find a better contractor. Although the contractor failed at his job and caused so much damage, he was never rude with me and provided me with the information I needed to have my issues addressed properly.
