So Nice I Bought It Twice

I had the same scale for 6 years lol worked great and then deceased. I definitely got our money's worth and loved it because very accurate and big numbers and lights up so nice easy to see. Always weighed myself at home then doctors and it was always the same. Great scale and was shocked they still sold it. I thought for sure would no longer have after so many years but they did. So, I bought it again and hopefully we will be happy for many more years to come. Highly recommended.

Love this scale! Completely accurate!

Let me state up front that I am extremely picky and hard to please. I have owned numerous digital scales and the problem is always the same - inaccurate weights. On my previous scales I would get on, take my weight, get off, get back on, take my weight again and the two weights were never the same. It could be off by as little as half a pound to as much as 8 pounds. This has always frustrated me while dieting because I really wanted an accurate reading. While shopping for my newest scale I read a lot of reviews and did a lot of research. The reviews for the Taylor 7519 Ultra Thick Glass Digital Scale were very good. Many reviewers mentioned that no matter how many times they got on or off the scale the weight was always the same. I was impressed but skeptical. I decided to go ahead with this purchase and I am THRILLED. I have never EVER owned a scale that was as accurate as this. The moment I got on I took my weight. I then got off and grabbed an 8 ounce package of cheese, got back on the scale, took my new weight and lo and behold I was exactly 0.5 pounds heavier. I grabbed numerous hand weights and other weighted items to see if the scale would always give an accurate reading and it did every time. Right down to the ounce this scale is dead on. I am so very impressed with this scale that I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It is not only accurate, but it is sleek and beautiful in my bathroom as well. I give this scale a 10/10 rating!

Great Scale for the Eldery and Overweight user

I am 70 years of age portly and have difficulty standing. This scale is prefect for me because it's extra wide so I can stand comfortably, it doesn't need any preliminary setup or tapping, just stand and get your weight and the readout is big black numbering on a bright blue background for easy reading. In my opinion, it does require a stable, level, hard surface for consistent readings. Therefore I believe that it would be best used on tile or hardwood flooring and not carpeting, especially thick carpeting. I thought the cost of $32 plus S & H. was very reasonable for the quality of this scale. I ordered this scale through Walmart using store to store pick since it wasn't stocked locally. Arrival of the scale at my store was as promised by Walmart to the day. I am very pleased overall with this order and I would definitely recommend this item to anyone in need of a good scale. As a side note, this scale was rated as a Best Buy by Consumer Reports Magazine.

Not complicated

This scale is very easy to use, sturdy, and attractive. My husband and I appreciate that you just step onto the scale and it will show your weight...no on, off, and on again like our previous scale.

Not bad!

Scale is solid easy to use and helps with my goal of controlling weight gain. I was not looking for a fancy product but one tha actually worked as stated, this does. Yes I just got it but I am pleased with this product.

Received today and it doesn't work. It arrived broke. Scale wont turn on and glass part of scale is not lined up or positioned right. From the looks of the box and scale I believe I received a return. Its going back tomorrow morning.

Useless scale

I use the scale in kg. And I found out that everytime I use it, it shows a different weight! I tested it by using it 3-4 times in a row, allowing it to shut down and start again. It always gave me different numbers and the difference was 2-3 kg! Well, that A LOT. I haven't seen a scale as useless as this one before. I tried different locations to see if there was something wrong with the floor but no, this is useless everywhere in my apartment. I'm returning it back.

Pretty But Useless

I bought this product because it had the best ratings. I read majority of the reviews by other customers, both good and bad. I decided to buy the scale because I felt like the good reviews outweighed the bad but I still kept the issues that people had with the scale in mind. The reason I bough this scale is because I am trying to lose weight so I need a scale that can accurately tell me my weight. One week ago today I weighed myself and I wrote my weight down, which was 226.4lbs, I knew that this weight was accurate because I just came from the doctor and that was what I weighed as well. Now today is my second week and I wanted to check my weight again but I kind of already knew what it was because I went to the doctor three days ago and they weighed me then. When I got on the scale it said I had lost three pounds, I now weighed 223.4lbs. So happy to have lost the three pounds I packed my scale away and went to record my new weight. Then I remembered some of the issues with the scale was weight fluctuation so I unpacked my scale and re-weighed myself. The scale said I was 222.2lbs so I got on and off the scale three times and it said the same thing. I lifted up the scale and it said Error so I put it back down and got back on; this time I weighed 228.8lbs. At that moment I decided I was returning the scale and buying a less fancy brand that can tell me my accurate weight. As someone trying to lose weight I don't want to have to question whether I have lost or gained weight because I have a defective scale. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone but this scale.

Bad packaging and shipping

A solid glass item was shipped in a cardboard box inside of a plastic envelope it never crossed anybody's mind it would show up broke
