Use this for depression. It really helped
I have this light therapy lamp on my desk at work to help with my depression and mood. It is the perfect size and the 30 minute timer is great! This is a must-have mood booster!
Very well packaged has well made pouch for storage or travel. Love this light with several settings- brightens my mood when cloudy or can't get outdoors. Bought 2 fir my daughter who loves it also-one at home and one at work.
I have heard about the effects of light therapy for seasonal depression and after moving to a city that actually gets 4 seasons I was desperately in need of a solution. I gave this a shot on the premise that $8 was worth the gamble, and I'm so glad that I did. I love this light and 30 minutes a day has done wonders for my mood. I have it hanging at an angle over my vanity pointing down towards my face and it gives me the sun feeling needed to get going all while putting on my makeup and meditating Now for the specs- there are three light settings from high to low as well as a 30 min timer. It isn't cheap feeling and is well made, even comes with a little carrying case. The light is more on the blue spectrum than warm light but it really does mimic the sun. Highly recommend.
