Son loves and they do help him calm some and helps relax him. He's 10 and loves video games so you have to help them get off the high from using playstation.
Kids love the flavor, they do not take them all the time only when they are restless.
My 11 year old had issues sleeping after being on steroids for 2 months. My pediatrician recommended melatonin. These were a life saver. She was out like a light 30 min after taking them. I actually continue to give them as needed for both her and my 7 yo. My 7 yo takes just one and my 11 yo takes 2 for a wonderful nights sleep, waking up refreshed. They say they are delicious so just makes sure they realize they aren't candy.
I liked that its a gummy because my child did not like chewable tablets or liquid drops but she needed sleep and finding these were great ! She doesn't hesitate to take it like she did other types of melatonin.

Works amazing! my son had a horrible time sleeping before this. First night gave him one gummy and he was asleep in 20 minutes!!! Slept all night and woke up the next morning smiling and happy!! No more Mr. Angry McGrumpypants!!! literal lifesaver!!! Will buy again!!
I have a difficult child that doesnt like to go to bed timely fashion. it takes time but with it being tasty she takes it with no issues and with some time she starts to feel tired and fall asleep naturally. I find it very helpful to get her to go to bed in a timely fashion.
Our 2 year old is everything you ever hear about the "Terrible Two's" including sometimes not willing to go to sleep very easily at the end of the day. She's exhausted, but sometimes just can't seem to knock off. We (very) reluctantly decided to try these gummies and O.M.G. they worked perfectly! We don't give a full gummy....we give her half a gummy or less (<.25mg) 30 minutes before bed and it sends her right off into dreamland. We also don't give it to her nightly, as she does oftentimes fall asleep quite easily. We consider these as "backup" when needed, including when we go on vacation in our camper or to places she's unfamiliar with. It works every time. A total lifesaver to this mom and dad! And since this is not "medicine," we don't feel bad about it. Thanks, Vicks!
