This, however, turned out to be a GREAT choice. Love the handle less doors and the satiny finish. Perfect for my kitchen. Now on to the stainless steel Whirlpool microwave and dishwasher!

I picked this 18 Cu Ft Whirpool in Stainless Steel so it matched my other kitchen appliances. Runs good so far. The layout of the shelves/racks is a little odd but I will get used to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice fridge and is great if you are looking for a roomy fridge with a slightly smaller footprint. The doors are nice and rounded, it seems quiet and looks good. My only complaints thus far: the strip where the bottom door gasket sits has a small gap of a mm or so and the protective film was difficult rod get out of it. It also needed a little silicon to seal it so spills wouldn't get caught in it. It look fine after that. Also, there is factory sealant coming through the door handles a bit. I try to use rubbing alcohol any find point black marker to remove it in detail and it does look better but the quality control is a little on the neglectful side. Overall I do like the fridge.
I've had my Whirlpool refrigerator for five months, and I should have reported this problem months ago. There is always a build-up of ice in the top freezer. I do not open the door often, and I never leave it open very long. An appliance technician took a look at this on May 28, 2020, and said that it is common with the new refrigerators. This is terrible! My 24-year-old Amana refrigerator never had this problem. I wanted to update my "old white" frig for a new stainless steel. I was not having problems with my 24-year-old Amana. I am NOT HAPPY with the ice build-up. PLEASE HELP. What can be done? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the refrigerator about 2 months ago. Fridge is running fine and holding temperature. However my wife and I are very disappointed with the finish work of the product. There is residual hardened glue that oozed out from many of the trim pieces. (See photos). This is very unsightly. Can't be remove the glue. Thank goodness we put the fridge in the basement. We'd never want company to see such a crude looking fridge in our kitchen. We'd be embarrassed. This is the reason for 3 stars.
