I bought this leaf blower for a gift for my dad and he was very happy to get it. He is not getting any younger and the features of being light weight, cordless, and no fuel to mix he was very happy that it had a great rechargeable battery with plenty of power to all he needed.
I bought my worx air blower a few weeks ago and i could not be happier. No gas no oil and no cranking. I hated my old gas blower. It would not start half the time. I always got gas and oil all over me. It blows off my drive way, walk ways, pateo i have two pateos. Its very light.The best investment i have ever made. It pays for it self because i don't have to by gas and oil and i am not half as tired when i get thru. Does all this on one charge and battery left. I wish i had of bought two of them. One for my wife and one for me.
My driveway is very long. I have a deck and concrete and walkways around a pool. Being an older female, I needed something easier to manage than an electric blower with a hundred foot cord. With this blower I can go all around, not worry about the cord getting hung up on everything, and it is much lighter in weight. It is handy to get and blow as needed. I have not used the attachments but they will come in handy. The smaller size makes it much more manageable to get in and around patio furniture and around the pool without blowing leaves into it. I am surrounded by large trees so this blower will get a workout. As much as I have used it, it has not run out of power while using it. Perfect for my purposes and a great product for everyone with webs, leaves, and dirt.
I own the Worx trimmer and love it. Bought the blower and love that too. Well made little machine, lightweight but rugged. The attachments allow me to do all sorts of cleaning/blowing tasks. I find it much easier cleaning my SUV than using a shopvac. Use it to clean the riding mower after each use, excellent! Used it to clean the boat today, also excleent!
I bought mine 2 years ago to keep my tractor clean. I use it to clean my tractor after cutting grass or picking up leaves. I also use it to clear the drive and patio after edging the grass as well as cleaning my shed and garage. It is extremely light and the battery holds a strong charge. I just bought one for my brother to use for the same tasks.
Finally a tool that could say was made for a woman. Yes more geared for a man but at 67 years old and handicapped with slow movement I can operate this blower and clean my porches. It is so lightweight with so much blow power that I can practically stand in one area and blow clean my porches with very little effort. Thank you Worx. Quality and ease of use far exceed the bargain price of this outstanding blower.
I have the Worx Trimmer, Aero Cart, and the blower, I love all three. Wish I had ordered them sooner, they have made my work go much easier. I spend several hours each week in my yard, these are the best tools I have ever purchased and the price is right. Trimmer and blower are battery operated and the power is surprising.
I bought this a month ago thinking that it probably had a reverse switch for deflating and vacuuming and was very disappointed when it didn't. I will keep it for blowing because it is light weight and runs on battery. I intended to order more for Christmas gifts but decided against in because product will not vacuum.
First let me say I find it interesting that I received this email to review the Worx Air blower on 7/26/15 and the drawing offered for the mower was on 7/1/15. I purchased the blower on 7/7 and followed the directions to the letter re battery charge etc. The blower was advertised to be a 120MPH blower, it is not even close, I have an old electric blower that far exceeds the power of this unit. The battery does not hold a charge, I have a small yard an I can't finish cleaning my walks and deck without having to re-charge this Lithium battery. I have other Lithium battery tools and they hold a charge for a much longer time under a greater load than this blower. Clearly not as advertised, a real disappointment because the gutter attachment is a great idea if the blower had the power to do it's job. I sent it back.
I was initially excited to get the product, but after using it I wasn't so excited. I charged the battery to full and when it worked, it was fine, but that lasted maybe 10 minutes. It would be a great product if the battery could hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. Thus, I returned it.
