I love that it comes in a gummy type which just makes it easier to take right before I go to bed instead of having to swallow a pill. I used to wake up about an hour or two after I fell asleep and with this I actually am able to sleep a good solid 6 hours or sometimes even 7 hrs straight through without waking up, which is such a great thing for me. Very very happy with this product and I think you would be too. Love that it has natural ingredients as well.
