The draining of water is horrible. The indicator light to inform me the A/C water removed does not work and the water outlet is too low to put something under it to drain the water. The portable A/C is not what I expected at all.

Works well and was one of the least expensive. DOn't know yet if it is more efficient than my window units.

This AC was so easy to unpakc and install. It keeps my apartment comfortable. Easy for me to move around.

Product did not work as advertised. Wayy too much hot air coming out of exhaust. Unlike most air condidtioners, the air coming out of the back was close to 100F. And when the unit was struggling to keep up, it failed to continue to put out cold air putting out instead warm air. Do not buy this unit. WalMart as usual was counted on with no questions asked to refund the purchase of the product. I thank WalMart for that, being so helpful. Thank you WalMart!!!!!!

It works well but it is very noisy.
